Alain Prost was totally dominant in 1993, and his win at the German Grand Prix was the sixth time that year he had won from pole position. He went on to finish the season as World Champion, and Williams took the Constructors’ Championship, scoring exactly twice as many points as the team in second place.

In the 1979 German Grand Prix, the Williams team secured its first ever one-two finish, with Clay Regazzoni finishing second behind team mate Alan Jones, who celebrated his first win for Williams.
